SquareGENpro to PFG v1B
Software and Documentation CD (latest version), new serial number (label), top cabinet label, new front panel, new circuit board, return shipping included (domestic US).
Aside for the obvious new software and new appearance, this upgrade completely replaces hi-impedance (contact) circuitry and front panel connector (remaining compatible with existing cables and power supply) The upgraded device significantly increases contact output while removing virtually all heat generating components, providing for much smoother operation utilizing the increased functionality of the PFG Lab Software Suite.

SquareGENpro to PFG2 Trade In/Replacement
Many new economy computers systems and laptops have removed the IEEE 1284 (Parallel) interface for cost and energy savings reasons. The PFG2 has been designed to operate on the new USB interface in a smaller, compact, more portable package. This does not supersede the previous SquareGENpro or PFG devices but rather provides an acceptable alternative for those desiring the additional convenience.
Note: Many current customers have expressed an interest in retaining their older unit, allowing use for family and friends. We encourage this and for a limited time, will be providing special pricing for registered RIFEforLIFE owners.

PPET & PPET SE to P3/P3+ Ugrades
Extensive electronic and physical redesigns have been made by Pulsed Technologies since the roll out of the original RIFEforLIFE PPET. Even late model RIFEforLIFE PPET systems that appear similar to Pulsed Technologies P3 systems, are in fact internally quite different. These differences and upgrades can be minimal to quite extensive depending on generation or age of the system.
Almost any generation PPET, regardless of style (either the first generation of the PPET on a tripod or the later SE - second edition - standup units), will benefit in performance, range and ease of use, from a P3 or P3+ upgrade. Pricing is on a case by case situation, based on current configurations and customer preferences. When completed, the owner will have a latest version state of the art system.
